Madrid - From today, July 5, and until next Thursday, July 8, the celebrations of a new, and more than ever expected, edition of Paris Haute Couture Week will be taking place over the capital of France. . A few days in which we can begin to discover the most detailed and surprising proposals of the main international fashion houses, by the hand of collections on which it is tradition that they decide to dump all that characteristic "savoir-faire" and all that craftsmanship with which the manufacture knows how to distinguish itself from French fashion.
Serving as a framework for the presentation of the
different proposals of the participating houses for the next Autumn / Winter
season of 2021/2022, this will be the edition in which again, and as a result
of the slight improvement in the health situation, the Fashion houses will be
able to re-present their collections through physical fashion shows that will
be able to have a live audience. A return to the live shows in Paris Haute
Couture, for which however they have finally decided only to opt for a total of
8 of the participating fashion houses: Christian Dior, Chanel, Giorgio Armani,
Balenciaga, Jean Paul Gaultier, Zuhair Murad, Vaishali S, and Pyer Moss
Couture. While the rest of the firms and designers,Paris Men's Fashion Week , they will do
so through different formats through digital media. Presentations that
will thus resort from digital parades to the projection of fashion films, which
in any case may continue to be viewed through the FHCM's own digital platform.
Thus, within the framework of this edition "fashion
houses can organize shows and physical presentations", they explained from
the FHCM through a statement, in any case "depending on the evolution of
the health situation". A point that the houses that have finally
decided to advance their return to the live parades have had to take well into
consideration, when the time has come to welcome their public again, designing
presentations that they have had to adapt to the "sanitary protocol"
and to "measures determined by the health authorities."

With 33 participating houses and 8 live parades
From the official calendar of this new edition of Paris
Haute Couture Week, a total of 33 fashion houses will participate over the next
few days. Among those that we will find, once again, a distinction between
those houses that will do so as full members of the Haute Couture Federation,
the most select group whose tradition and "savior-fair" from the FHCM
understand that they are deserving of such distinction, those that will do so
as attached members and those that will participate as guest houses.
