The designer Andrea Venturoli launches her swimwear line to the international market. On July 4, the firm will present its swimwear and beachwear collection at the SLS Brickel Hotel in Miami.
The event will take place within Miami Swimwear Fashion Week,
the first to be held in person after the pandemic. The parade will be
attended by the artist Esther Anaya, who will show off several of her designs
and will offer a small concert at the end.
Bio
Colombian designer Andrea Venturoli has been a globetrotter
all her life. He spent his childhood in Colombia; From there his
family moved to Canada for 8 years and finally they ended up in Switzerland.
All this mix of experiences, cultures and traditions have
permeated the way in which the designer approaches each collection.
It was in Geneva (Switzerland) where Andrea entered design
studios and where she began to explore the management of a fashion brand.
“My partner was part of the Versace designer team. I
asked him to include me in the fellowship team. That is how thanks to him
I learned everything that involves designing and producing a collection.

In the last 5 years, the designer has designed swimsuits and
party dresses for the main Misses competitions around the world.
“Now I want to launch my collection and extend it to all
women. Designers and fashion firms in general, have the responsibility to
adapt their designs to any type of woman. We cannot speak of female
empowerment if we are not capable of producing collections that show that
functionality and style is not a question of sizes ”.
Values:
Ethical production and support for the most disadvantaged women
Each piece by Andrea Venturoli is born out of a passion for
excellence and an admiration and deep respect for its origins.
With a vital trajectory that has led her to live in different
parts of the planet, Andrea Venturoli combines in each of her designs her
exquisite version of femininity and her commitment to making her firm a social
and sustainable project.
Fashion can be an excellent vehicle for the development of disadvantaged
groups. That is why we work with Colombian artisan women. We learn
from their culture and experiences and we trust the art of their hands to bring
you a unique and elegant garment that can accompany you in your most special
moments.
"By purchasing an Andrea Venturoli, you are not only
investing in design and exclusivity, but you are also helping to dignify an
entire group of women."
“The power of our roots is wonderful. See how forgotten
peoples only have wisdom to keep walking with a smile in the midst of
misfortune. An attitude that makes them reborn and give us a lesson in
love and hope ”.
The firm employs women artisans belonging to the Fundación
Semillero de Paz collective, located in the Colombian municipalities of Neiva
and Palermo. With this work, they not only teach a trade and provide work
for this group of artisan women, but also help with the education of children
and young people in these rural areas.
Inspiration
Different cultures, history, art, crafts. In every
corner of the planet we can find a source of inspiration and a more ethical and
sustainable way of doing things.
The firm's designs adapt to any type of woman and are
extremely versatile: from a glamorous and sophisticated woman, to one who likes
to enjoy water sports.
Pin up silhouettes, bikinis, swimsuits that look like
bodysuits and that can be worn from the beach to the night, are accompanied by
pareo skirts, crochet vests and blouses.
“It is important that women feel beautiful and comfortable. As
a designer, I think of a versatile and functional collection that allows you to
play with your moods and that is capable of accompanying you 24 hours a day on
your sunny and relaxing days ”.
